Arlie Garrett Albright

Seagrove - Arlie Garrett Albright, Sr., 70, of 6597 New Center Church Road, died Thursday, November 18, 2010, at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 21, 2010, at New Center Christian Church with Dr. Kenneth McNeill officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Albright was born in Randolph County to Roe Emmitt and Dora Chriscoe Albright. He was a former supervisor at Clayson Knitting Co. Inc., a retired door greeter at Wal-Mart in Biscoe, and was a potter. Surviving are his wife, Joyce Martin Albright, of the home; son, Arlie Garrett Albright, Jr., of Seagrove; daughter, Jackannette Lynn (Dave) Drisko, of Midlothian, VA; brothers, Harold (Marie) Albright, of Seagrove, Carol (Judy) Albright, of Asheboro; sisters, Doris (Clarence) Williams, of Star, Edna(Jack)Smith, of Seagrove, Eula McNeill, of Seagrove, Patricia (Jimmy) Upton, of Seagrove. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star and other times at the home.
