Arline Blake Brown

Candor - Arline Blake Brown, 93, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017, at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 13, 2017, at Star Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Larry Wilson officiating. Interment will be in Leach Cemetery.

Mrs. Brown was born in Montgomery County to Ernest and Shula Lamonds Blake and was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Earl Cameron Brown, and daughter, Linda Harman.

She is survived by her son, Cam Brown and wife, Carolyn, of Seagrove; five grandchildren, Amy Harman and Bill Stainback of Greensboro, Patt Harman and wife, Stefanie, of Wilmington, Chad Brown and wife, Erin, of Seagrove, Dana McNeill of Seagrove, Towa Rice of Atlanta, GA; eight great-grandchildren, Leigh Harman, Blake Harman, Cameron Rice, Graham Rice, Oliva Rice, Caroline McNeill, Preston McNeill, and Liam McPhearson.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM, Monday, February 13, 2017, at the church.
