Benjamin Michael Davis

Benjamin Michael Davis, age 54, of 253 Brewer Road, Seagrove, died Saturday, April 03, 2010 at Stanly Regional Medical Center.

Funeral will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 6, at Dover Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Donald Davis and the Rev. Dr. Ronnie Chaney officiating. Interment will be in Dover Baptist Church Cemetery with military honors.

Mr. Davis was a native of Moore County and a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He was formerly employed by Troy Lumber Company as a maintenance mechanic.

Surviving are: One Daughter: Misty Davis Welborn and husband, Steve, Seagrove, NC, Two Sons: Jeremy Davis and wife, Michelle, Roxboro, NC, Aaron Sheffield, of the home, One Brother: Johnny Davis, Seagrove, NC, Three Sisters: Janelle Coffland, Crystal, MN, Nancy Thomas, Henderson, MD,Pat Lankford, Robbins, NC, Three Granddaughters: Chasity Smith, Michaela Smith, Cheyenne Welborn, Companion: Christie Sheffield, of the home

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm, Monday at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
