Boyd A. Maness Eagle Springs - Boyd Andrew Maness, age 54, of 3595 Bensalem Church Road, died Monday, February 16, 2009, at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at Big Oak Christian Church with the Rev. Roger Rife officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Maness was born in Moore County to the late Ernest Brack and Mishie Frances Hussey Maness. He was a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Freeman Maness, of the home; daughter, Martha Brewer of Eagle Springs; son, Adam Morgan of Eagle Springs; brothers, Gene Maness of Carthage, Dwight Maness of Robbins; sister, Betty Garner, of Robbins; seven grandchildren, Joshua, Makayla, Allen, Mateo, Tyler, Alexis, and Kileigh. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2009, at Phillips Funeral Home in Star and other times at the home.
