Carolyn Elizabeth Cornelison DeZurik

Candor - Carolyn Elizabeth Cornelison DeZurik, age 72, passed away into Heaven Thursday, June 13, 2019, at Sandy Ridge Assisted Living in Candor.

Ms. DeZurik was born in Montgomery County on July 21, 1946, to Noah Lee and Nina Lorene Hurley Cornelison. She was a retired office manager at Pine Hosiery in Ether and also a retired sales associate for JCPenney. She was a member of Big Oak Church of God in Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by the many friends she made during her lifetime.

At her request, there will be no funeral services.
