Cecelia Lynn Bullard

Cecelia Lynn Valley Bullard, age 57, of Troy, passed away on May 12, 2023, at FirstHeatlh Moore Regional Hospital.

Cecelia was born on October 6, 1965, in Onslow County to Earl and Alma Morton Valley Sr.

She is survived by her sister, Patricia Futrell (Harold) of Seymour, TN; brother, Joe Valley of Troy; nieces, Amy Futrell, fiance, Eljay (JJ) Berger ,daughter, Emma Berger and Hanah Futrell, fiance, Daniel Carroll and great nephew, Liam Carroll.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023 at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel at 4:00 pm with Rev. Jimmy Shirlen officiating . The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3:00-3:45 pm. Burial will follow at Leach Cemetery.
