Charles Randy Williams

Charles Randy Williams, 61, of Star, died Saturday, June 11, 2016 at his residence.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, June 14, at Macedonia United Methodist Church in the Abner Community with the Rev. M. Bill Knapp and Rev. Ronald Scott officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Randy was born in Montgomery Co. to Charles Durward and Merle Callicutt Williams. He was a member of Macedonia United Methodist Church. Randy was a retired refrigeration mechanic and enjoyed his family and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father, Charles Durward Williams and his wife, Doris Saunders Williams.

Surviving are his daughter, Allison McRae Grady (Evan) of Troy; mother, Merle Callicutt Williams of Star; brothers, Keith Williams (Kathy) of Troy, Chris Williams (Jill) of Troy; sisters, Gale Freeman of Troy, Revonda Williams ofTroy, Cheryl Hurley (Chip) of Troy; grandchildren, Lilly, Landon, and Liam Grady; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday, June 13, 2016, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
