Chester T. Lewis Biscoe - Chester Travis Lewis, age 69, of 358 Auman Road, died Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle. Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2009, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Clyde Allen, the Rev. Stephen Burrow, and Carl Burrow officiating. He was a native of Montgomery County, a retired tug boat captain, and sold produce locally. He is survived by his brother, Tim Lewis, of Troy; sister, Doris Lewis Burrow, of Troy. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2009, at Phillips Funeral Home in Star. The family is being served by Phillips Funeral Home in Star.
