Clara Belle Lassiter

Star - Clara Belle Lassiter died Monday, August 4, 2014, at Sandy Ridge Memory Care. A private service was held Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at Star Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Mrs. Lassiter was a native of Montgomery County born to the late George Dewey and Dora Allen Dunn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Herbert Lassiter and brother, Lloyd Dunn. Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Lassiter McCaskill; grandson, Calvin Lane McCaskill; sister, Lois Stewart; brother, Ralph Dunn. Memorials may be made to the Star Presbyterian Church, PO Box 237, Star, NC 27356, FirstHealth of the Carolinas Hospice, 150 Applecross Road, Pinehurst, NC 28374, or to a charity of one's choice. A private funeral service will be held.
