David Arnold Bailey

David Arnold Bailey, 84 of Morgantown, KY, formally of Biscoe, NC passed away Monday, September 20, 2021 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.

David was born on Monday, August 30, 1937 in Carthage, NC to the late Ethridge Shelton and Lena Nall Bailey. He was a Biscoe High School graduate Class of 1955. Daivd was a United States Army Veteran, and retired from Phillips Funeral Home, Star, NC, as a funeral assistant.

David was a hardworking man who loved his family especially his grandchildren. He was a Christian and loved gospel and bluegrass music.

Other than his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers Donald and Tommy Bailey. David Arnold Bailey is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Shirley White Bailey of Morgantown, KY; two daughters Pamela LaBrecque of Roanoke, VA and Karen Penner husband Bruce of Morgantown, KY; four grandchildren Elizabeth Bailey of Marietta, GA, David LaBrecque of Everett, WA, Matthew and Branden Penner of Morgantown, KY and one brother Fred Bailey.
