Eunice D. Britt

Biscoe - Eunice Lorraine Davis Britt, 78, of 2943 Tarry Church Road, died Monday, April 16, 2012, at her home. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM, Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Flint Hill Christian Church with the Rev. Don McCaskill and Rev.Gene Davis officiating. Interment will be in Old New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Star. Mrs. Britt was born in Newport, Virginia to W. E. and Alice Dunn Davis and was a former hosiery mill employee. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Britt. Surviving are her daughters, Brenda Britt Dunn, of Asheboro, Judy Britt Vernon, of Candor; brother, Ronald Graham, of Biscoe; 4 grandsons; 2 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM, Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star and other times at the home.
