Geraldine F. Williams
Eagle Springs - Geraldine Freeman Williams (84), passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at Sandy Ridge Memory Care after a long illness.
Geraldine was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and community member who will be fondly remembered for her endless generosity. She was very proud of her family and treasured having everyone together for holidays at her home. She was a lifetime member of Bensalem Evangelical Presbyterian Church serving with the Women of the Church and in the choir. She also served as President of the Yellow Rockers Square Dance Club, was a lifelong Wolfpack fan, and an everyday magician in the kitchen.
Geraldine was the beloved wife of 59 years to the late Clinton Williams and daughter of the late Myrtie Freeman. She is survived by children, Alan Williams (Debbie) of Eagle Springs, Joy Kelly (Terry) of Brown Summit, Chan Williams (Lynette) of Pinehurst; grandchildren, Chris Kelly of Brown Summit, Andy Kelly (Natalea) of Greensboro, Allie MacDonagh (Mike) of Apex, Charles Pope of Atlanta, and Kaleigh Williams of Raleigh; and great-grandchildren, Madison Armstrong, Dayton Welch, Grayson and Hudson Kelly, and Avery and Kinsey MacDonagh.
A memorial service will be held at 11am, Saturday, June 2, 2018, at Bensalem Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Eagle Springs with Rev. Dr. Mark Carver and Rev. Tom Williams officiating. Visitation will follow in the fellowship hall.
