Irene Stewart Warner

Biscoe - Irene Stewart Warner, passed away Sunday, November 15, 2020, at her residence. Mrs. Warner was born in Montgomery County on November 8, 1934 to Tommy Nathan and Hattie Mae Kennedy Stewart. She was a retired hosiery mill employee and a member of First Baptist Church in Biscoe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Warner; sons, Robert and James Warner; sisters, Vida Lee Mabe, Bonnie Goodwin, and Maude Ray; and brother, Floyd Stewart. She is survived by her daughters, Tina Warner McCallum of Mt. Gilead and Brenda Warner Kern of Asheboro; sister, Doris Goodwin of Biscoe; brother, Thomas "Jack" Stewart of Robbins; twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one on the way; and four great-great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 20, at Biscoe Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Wilson and Rev. Josh Powers officiating.
