James Edward "Jamie" Lear, Jr.

Biscoe - James Edward Lear, Jr., age 35, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Mr. Lear was born in Radford County, VA on May 22, 1985, to James Edward Lear, Sr., and Denise Kelly Lear Shepard. He was employed as a senior analyst at SitusAMC in Robbins. He is survived by his wife, Lauren Nicole Solomon Lear of Asheboro; mother, Denise Kelly Shepard and stepfather, Steven, of Biscoe; father, James Edward Lear, Sr. and stepmother, Donna, of Myrtle Beach, SC; stepbrothers, Steven Kyle Shepard (Crystal) of Biscoe, Christopher Matthew Shepard (Michelle) of Seven Lakes, and Ricky Bennett of Myrtle Beach, SC; brothers from another mother, David Kennedy, Kenneth Jamerson, and Cory Hussey; step-nieces and step-nephews, Dustin Kyle Shepard, Bailey Kendall Shepard, Cayden Shepard, Colby Shepard, Caleigh Shepard, and Brynna Anne Kennedy. Mr. Lear's body will lie in repose from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 13, at Phillips Funeral Home. A graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 14, at Biscoe Cemetery with the Rev. Chris Bouldin officiating. Online condolences may be left at www.phillipsfh.com.
