Jeanette Sue Singleton Auman

Star - Jeanette Sue Singleton Auman, age 54, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at her residence.

Ms. Auman was born in Randolph County on May 22, 1964 to Melvin Lester and Susie Chriscoe Singleton. She was a manager with Walmart.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Dean Auman, Jr. and wife, Wendi, of Star, and Anthony Auman of Star; parents, Melvin Lester and Susie Chriscoe Singleton of Star; two sister, Linda Brewer and husband, WT, of Seagrove, and Michelle Lucas and husband, Travis, of Seagrove; three brothers, Junior Singleton and wife, Sharon, of McLeansville, Steve Singleton and wife, Jeannie, of Seagrove, and Ray McKenzie of Star; and three grandchildren, Bryston, Lilly, and Peyton Auman.

The family will receive friends Sunday, June 24, 2018, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home and other times at the home.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 25, at 4:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 216 South Main Street, Star with the Rev. Darrell Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Big Oak Church of God Cemetery, Star.
