Jerry Franklin Beane

Jerry Franklin Beane, 70, of Seagrove, died Friday, August 7, at FirstHealth Moore Regional. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, August 10, at Needham's Grove Independent Baptist Church with the Rev. D. J. Harry and Rev. Brian Beane officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Beane was born in Randolph County to Arthur Franklin and Ruby Maness Beane. He was retired from Moore County Schools where he taught and coached at both Westmoore and North Moore High School. Surviving are his wife, Grace Comer Beane, of the home; sons, Rev. Brian Beane (Angie) of Winston-Salem, Todd Beane (Jennifer) of Seagrove; mother, Ruby Maness Beane of Carthage; brothers, Jimmy Beane of Seagrove, Jackie Beane (Marie) of Seagrove, Ted Beane of Seagrove; brother-in-law, Paul Comer (Sandy) of Asheboro; and grandchildren, Austin and Tyler Beane. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Sunday, August 9, at Needham's Grove Independent Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to Needham's Grove Independent Baptist Church Building Fund, 359 Needham's Grove Church Rd., Seagrove, NC 27341. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, August 10, at Needham's Grove Independent Baptist Church with the Rev. D. J. Harry and Rev. Brian Beane officiating.
