Jerry Wayne Wilkes, Jr.

Biscoe - Jerry Wayne Wilkes, Jr., age 48, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst. Wayne was born in Moore County on May 17, 1972 to Jerry Wayne Wilkes, Sr. and Janice McCaskill Wilkes Wooten. He worked at Biscoe Foundry and was a member of Macedonia Presbyterian Church. His hobbies were hunting, fishing, and farming. He is survived by his wife, Tonya Dunn Wilkes of the home; daughter, Katie Grace Wilkes of the home; mother, Janice McCaskill Wooten (Wayne) of Biscoe; father, Jerry W. Wilkes, Sr. (Mildred) of Biscoe; sisters, Renee Bingham (Ken) of Norwood and Tammy Allred of Robbins; and brother, Allan Wooten of Troy. Wayne's body will lie in repose from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m., Friday, January 8, at Phillips Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 9, at Macedonia Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Beth Olker and Rev. Matthew Baker officiating.
