Jessie Wallace Sexton

Biscoe - Jessie Wallace Sexton, 88, formerly of Candor, died Thursday, November 29, 2012, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Burial was held on Saturday, December 1, 2012, at Faith Baptist Church Cemetery, Candor, with words of remembrance on Sunday, December 2, 2012, conducted by Pastor Martin Davis. Jessie was of the Baptist faith, a retired hosiery mill worker, and a store owner. She is survived by her daughter, Sherron L. Marks, of Candor; brother, Richard Wallace and wife, Joyce, of Star; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one niece. The family wishes to give special thanks to the staff at Autumn Care, Gina Kennedy, and to the staff of Phillips Funeral Home for serving the family.
