Jewell Robinson Dick

Biscoe - Jewell Robinson Dick, age 82, a long-term resident of Autumn Care of Biscoe, died Wednesday, February 24, 2010, at FirstHealth Moore Regional in Pinehurst. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 27, 2010, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike E. Holyfield officiating. Interment will follow in Candor Cemetery. Ms. Dick was born in Montgomery County to Luther Martin and Nova Ann Thomas Robinson. She enjoyed sending cards to friends and family, raising money for Relay for Life, baking, and cooking for others. She especially loved her family. Surviving are her daughter, Linda D. Kennedy and husband, David, of Raleigh; brother, William Robinson and wife, Irene, of Ellerbe; granddaughters, Kristin Reeder and husband Jared, of Franklinville, Rachel Kennedy of Raleigh. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM, Saturday, February 27, 2010, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
