Joel Lee Valley

Joel Lee Valley, 64, of Troy passed away on October 12, 2023, at his home.

Joel was born in Onslow County on September 10 1959, to Earl and Alma Valley Sr.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Cecelia Bullard and brother Earl Valley Jr.

He is survived by his sister Patricia Futrell (Harold) of Seymour, TN.
