Johnny "JE" Edward Britt, age 77, passed away on April 24, 2024, at Peak Resources in Carthage. Born on March 31, 1947, in Moore County to Edward and Viola Dunn Britt.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Britt, grandson, Dalton Shane Smith and nephew, James Mashburn.
He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Suddreth of Carthage and Teresa Smith of Carthage; his sister, Elaine Mashburn of Star; his brother, Donald Britt of Star; and seven grandchildren.
Services to honor and celebrate his life are currently being arranged.
