Johnny Lendon Mabe

Star - Johnny Lendon “Len” Mabe, age 57, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017, at his residence.

Len was born in Montgomery County to Johnny R. Mabe and the late Mildred Wright Mabe. He was a retired hosiery mill fixer.

He is survived by his wife, Tina Gillis Mabe, of the home; two daughters, Angela Cook (Caleb) of Chesterfield, VA and Jamie Mabe of Randleman; one son, Seth Mabe of Star; father, Johnny R. Mabe (Peggy), of Biscoe; one brother, Kenny Greene of Asheboro; two sisters, Patti Parsons (Ronnie) of West End and Sherry Dixon of Sparta; five grandchildren, Katherine, Hannah, Ezra, Kaiden, and Kyra.

The family will receive friends prior to the memorial service on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, from 1:00 - 1:45 pm at Union Grove Baptist Church.

The memorial service will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm with Rev. Dr. Ron Chaney officiating.
