Biscoe - Johnny Edward Williamson, 55, died Wednesday, November 18, 2015, in Seagrove. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 22, 2015, at Guiding Light Baptist Church with the Rev. Clyde Allen officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Williamson was born in Moore County to Marvin Edward Williamson and Betty Jane Williams Simmons. He attended Guiding Light Baptist Church and was a maintenance supervisor with WilcoHess in Candor. He received his associate degree in forestry from Montgomery Community College, where he received the Woodsmanship Award in 2008, and also had studied beekeeping and gunsmithing. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Morgan Williamson, of Biscoe; daughter, Cinthya "Thya" Marie Dunlap and husband, Jason, of Seagrove; sons, Lucas Williamson of Biscoe, Travis Hayes of Asheboro, Chadrick Ireland of Asheboro; father, Marvin Edward Williamson, of Star; mother, Betty Jane Williams Simmons and husband, Johnnie, of Eagle Springs; sisters, Rhonda Britt of Eagle Springs, Daliliah Marion of Robbins, Pam Reynosa of Vass, Sandy Brower of Robbins; brothers, Donnie Williamson of Asheboro, Edward Williamson of Candor; five grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday, November 21, 2015, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star and at other time at the home of Jason and Thya Dunlap, 625 Mack Road, Seagrove.
