Linda Ann Greene

Linda "Ann" Brown Greene, age 79, of Robbins, passed away on August 14, 2024, at Clapp's Nursing Home.

Ann was born on July 24, 1945, in Moore County to Junior and Bertie Campbell Brown. Ann dedicated many years of her life to working at Clayson's Knitting before her retirement. Her love for bluegrass and gospel music was evident, and she found joy in attending auctions.

She was preceded in death by her husband Alton Greene and sons Donald Lee and Danny Greene.

Ann is survived by her niece Sherry Enloe (Michael) of Robbins.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Dover Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Clyde Allen officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at Phillips Funeral Home from 12:30-1:30 pm.
