Linda McBride Rhew

Linda Gail McBride Rhew, age 76, of Star, passed away on August 10, 2022 at First Health Hospice.

Linda was born in Montgomery County on June 19, 1946 to William Wade and Pauline White McBride.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Tina Rhew and brother Charles Richard McBride.

She is survived by her daughter Gina Haymaker, son-in-law Scott Haymaker of Matthews; brother Clarence Wayne McBride of Star and sister Juanita Lambeth of Star.  Grandchildren Candace Macera, Rachel Haymaker and Sarah Haymaker and great grandson Elijah Macera.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at White Oak Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery at 4:00 PM.

The family will receive friends prior to the service at Phillips Funeral Home from 2:20-3:30 PM.
