Margaret Elizabeth Miller Greene, 89, of 382 Dover Church Rd., Star, died Saturday, December 25, 2010 at Autumn Care of Biscoe. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 28, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Todd Greene officiating. Interment will be in Dover Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Greene was born in Montgomery County to Claudie and Margaret Garner Miller. She was a member of Dover Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, Harvey L. Greene, Sr., and her son, Jackie R. Greene. Surviving are: Two Sons: Harvey L. Greene, Jr., Sneads Ferry, NC Leonard O. Greene, Star, NC 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM, Tuesday, December 28, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
