Mary Lou Davis

Mary Lou Davis, 71, formerly of 877 Jasper Road, Robbins, NC died Sunday, May 24, 2009 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital. A memorial service will be held at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 26, with Rev. Mike Holyfield officiating. Mrs. Davis was born in Montgomery County to Dewey and Pearlie Mae Spivey Davis. She was a floor supervisor in hosiery manufacturing. Surviving are: Husband - James J. Davis of the home One Son - James Marvin Davis, Asheboro, NC Three Sisters- Betty Jean Morgan, Star, NC Emma Louise Sheffield, Star, NC Alma Mae Brown, Star, NC Seven grandchildren The family will receive friends from 7:00 - 9:00 pm, Monday, May 25, 2009, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star. At other times, the family will be at 164 Limestone Lane, Robbins, NC.
