Mary "Frances" Williams

Mary "Frances" Bennett Williams, age 78, of Star, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025, at FirstHealth Hospice House.

Born on September 29, 1946, in Montgomery County, Frances was the daughter of William Eugene and Ruby Brown Bennett.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Kester Williams.

She is survived by her daughter, Krystle Black (Alex) of Star; her sisters, Linda Cagle (Curt) and Joyce Barber (Ted), both of Star; her brother, Larry Bennett of Star, and her three grandchildren, Lily, Emily, and Harper Black.

Visitation will take place on Friday, February 21, 2025, at Phillips Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Star, with Rev. Ralph Smith officiating. The burial will follow at Leach Cemetery.
