Nell Shepard Sanders

Nell Shepard Sanders, 73, of Eagle Springs, NC passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital with her family by her side. Mrs. Sanders is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charlie H. Sanders, Sr., 82, of the home; son, Charlie H. Sanders, Jr. and wife, Julie Sanders, of Summerton, SC; daughter, Kathy S. Edmonds and husband, Mitchell P. Edmonds, of Cameron; four grandchildren, Jillian Durick and husband, John H. Durick III, of Cameron; Teah Edmonds of Cameron; Tuesday Sanders of Summerton, SC; Amery Sanders of Summerton, SC; brother, David Shepard, of Aberdeen; sister, Mildred Wright, of Fayetteville. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will greatly be missed. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 13, 2011, at Browns Chapel Christian Church with the Rev. Michael Parenti officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday, August 12, 2011, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
