Nicole Caudill Alvarez

Star - Nicole Caudill Alvarez, age 37, passed away Monday, May 28, 2018, at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill.

Mrs. Alvarez was born on July 28, 1980, the daughter of the late Poe Norris Caudill, Jr. and the late Verna Dean Cole Caudill. She was a US Postal employee.

Nicole was a faithful wife and loving mother. She felt so blessed with the precious time she had with family and friends during her courageous battle with cancer. She never lost her faith in God.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Alvarez; two sons, Rylan Alvarez and Robert Alvarez; two daughters, Marissa Alvarez and Hailee Alvarez, all the home; two brothers, Norris Caudill, of Miami, Florida and Allen Caudill (Lora), of Star; five nieces; three nephews; three great-nieces; and one great-nephew.

A graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday, June 2, at Center Cross Baptist Church Cemetery, 1789 Center Cross Church Road, Asheboro with the Rev. Patrick Robinson officiating.

The family will receive friends at the home on Ether Road, Star.
