Nora Mary Beck Smith

Eagle Springs - Nora Mary Beck Smith, 68, of 1813 Samarcand Road, died Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at her residence. A memorial mass will be held at 4 PM, Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Our Lady of the Americas with Father Ricardo Sanchez officiating. Mrs. Smith was a native of Riverdale, NY and was a retired medical transcriptionist. She was predeceased by her parents, Fernand Beck II and Loretta Flynn Beck. She is survived by her husband, Wesley P. Smith, of the home; daughters, Deborah S. Musika of Troy, Lisa Ann Reckard of Mint Hill; sons, David W. Smith of Angel Fire, New Mexico, Jason P. Smith of Eagle Springs; brothers, Fernand Beck III of New York City, NY, George Beck of New Jersey; sister, Karen Anderson, of Curlew, Washington; grandchildren, Mars Reckard, Boden Smith, Riley Smith, & Cooper Smith.
