Randall Lloyd Moore

Star - Randall Lloyd Moore, age 59, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at FirstHealth Moore Regional in Pinehurst. Randall was born in Montgomery County on November 10, 1961, to Garlton Loyd and Peggy Jean Dunn Moore. He was an employee of Lancer Inc and was a former produce manager at Food King. His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his girlfriend, Martha Smith of Star, and cousins, Roger Williams and Gary Williams, both of Star. Randall's body will lie in repose from 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 25, at Phillips Funeral Home in Star. The family will receive friends at other times at the home and following the graveside service at Main Street Baptist Church. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 25, at Dover Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Rick Yow, Rev. Chris Mabe, and Rev. Johnny Lamonds officiating.
