Star - Rhonda Gail Ritch Lamonds, 60, of Lamonds Drive, died Sunday, November 8, 2015, at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Gene Davis and Rev. Clyde Allen officiating. Mrs. Lamonds was born in Randolph County to Earl Ritch and Joyce Asbill Allen. She was a retired hosiery mill employee. She was preceded in death by her mother. She is survived by her husband, Colon L. Lamonds, Jr., of the home; daughter, Bobbie McNeill, of Star; son, Lee Lamonds (Linda) of Star; father, Earl Ritch, of Asheboro; brother, Ricky Ritch, of Asheboro; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
