Rollin Norton

Troy - Rollin Norton, Jr., 88, of 195 Substation Road, died Friday, April 13, 2012, at Sandy Ridge Assisted Living. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 15, 2012, at Big Oak Church of God with the Rev. Tim Beck and Rev. Billy Ray Chriscoe officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. He was born in Winona, Minnesota to Rollin Norton, Sr. and Minnie Pope Norton. He was a former truck driver with Roadway. He is survived by his friend, Georgia Shoafe Dunn, of the home; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday, April 14, 2012, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
