Ronnie Linton Vest

Seagrove- Ronnie Linton Vest, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at Randolph Health in Asheboro.

Mr. Vest was born in Moore County on November 3, 1953, to Henry and Virginia Brown Vest.     He was employed as a Finisher for Fruit of the Loom.

Ronnie was dedicated to the Lord, his family, and his church family.  He had a big heart and loved everyone and would go out of his way to help anyone.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Larry Glenn Vest and sister, Joyce Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Sanders Vest of the home, sons, Ronnie E. Vest of Robbins, and Jimmy Vest of Robbins.  Stepdaughters, Tina Chriscoe of Charlotte, and Belinda Drews (Damian) of Greensboro.  Sisters, Diana Key (Jamie) of Robbins, Katy Myrick (Ralph) of Robbins, Kathy Vest of Robbins, and Nancy Chriscoe (Carson) of Robbins. Granddaughter, Lauren Vest; and grandson, Amon Vest and step granddaughters, Sarah Drews and Carly Drews. A lot of nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Trinity Wesleyan Church- 3224 Trinity Church Rd. Seagrove, NC 27341.

Mr. Vest’s body will lie in repose on Friday, October 8, 2021, from 1:00-5:00 pm at Phillips Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at 2:00 pm at Trinity Wesleyan Church with the Rev. Clayton Stoneman officiating.
