Roy Arnold Cox

Star- Roy Arnold Cox, 87, passed away Friday, June 18, 2021. He is survived by daughter Juliana (Andrew) Smith of Williamsburg VA, and grandsons Matthew and Elijah, and by his sister Martha (Ken) Byrd of Asheboro. He is also survived by his stepdaughter Donna (Jerry) Brown of Star, granddaughter Jamie, and great-grandchildren MacKenzie, Isaiah, and Caroline, and Gracelynn; and stepson Jimmy (Yana) Reynolds of Asheboro, and their children Luke, John, and Brooks. Roy was a native of Ramseur and served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. A graveside service will be held at Pleasant Ridge Christian Church in Ramseur, Saturday, June 26, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. John Rogers officiating.
