Samuel Lee Davis Jr.

Samuel Lee Davis Jr., 72, of Biscoe, passed away on July 11, 2024, at FirstHealth Hospice House.

Sam was born on August 30, 1951, in Montgomery County. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for the NC Department of Transportation. Sam was a NASCAR fan and an avid coin and rock collector.

He was preceded in death by his parents J.C. and Jewel Luther Williams and daughter Camilla Davis.

Sam is survived by his wife, Rhonda Dunn Davis of the home and sisters Judy Dunn of Biscoe; Patricia Goodwin of Troy; brothers James Williams (Lynn) of Troy and Kim Williams (Stacey) of Biscoe.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024, at Biscoe Cemetery at 10:00 am with Rev. Jimmy Shirlen officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the charity of one's choice.
