Robbins - Sherry Lynn Latham Sheffield, 46, of Plank Road, died Monday, January 5, 2015, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 9, 2015, at Forks of Little River Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Sheffield was born in Moore County to Earl and Lois Louise Overton Latham. She was a homemaker and furniture worker. She is survived by her husband, James J. Sheffield, of Robbins; daughter, Janice Lester (Mark) of Robbins; son, Tommy Sheffield, of Zebulon; sisters, Samatha Latham of Troy, Heather Latham of Albemarle; step-mother, Ella Carolyn Latham, of Troy; step-brother, Charles Cagle, of Troy; step-sister, Susan Lassiter, of Troy. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
