Sue McCallum Woodruff

Candor - Sue McCallum Woodruff, 73, of 486 Dowd Road, died Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 14, 2011, at Macedonia Presbyterian Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Matthew Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the McCallum Family Cemetery. Mrs. Woodruff was born in Montgomery County to Duncan C. and Lizzie Sasser McCallum and was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, James B. Woodruff. She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Woodruff, of Troy; son, Todd Woodruff and wife, Leathea, of Candor; sisters, Betty Reynolds of Troy, Peggy McCallum of Candor; brother, Tex McCallum and wife, Juanita, of Candor; two grandchildren, Braxton McCallum Woodruff and Jacob Alexander Woodruff. The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM, Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star and other times at the home.
