Terry Vaugh Scott

Terry Vaugh Scott, age 49, of 104 Park Street, Rockingham, died Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 8, 2009, at Phillips Funeral Home with the Rev. Clyde Allen officiating. Interment will be in Suggs Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. He was a native of Jacksonville, Florida and was a concrete finisher. Surviving are his daughter, Amanda Scott, son, Alex Scott, both of Rockingham; brother, Dean Scott of Brooklet, GA, Ricky Scott of Birmingham, AL; sisters, Phyllis Burnett of Riverview, FL , Wanda Stroud of Denton. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday, November 7, 2009, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star and other times at the home of Ann Scott, 282 Mabe Road, Star.
