Tracy Edward Hammonds

Biscoe - Tracy Edward Hammonds, age 75, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018.

Mr. Hammonds was born August 11, 1942 in West Virginia to Taylor and Effie Ellis Hammonds. He was a veteran of the US Army and was retired from Springs Inc.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Hussey Hammonds and son, Randy Clyde Brown.

He is survived by one daughter, Tammy Callicutt and husband, Shadd, of Candor; one son, Jerry Brown and wife, Donna, of Star; three sisters, Charlene Hammonds, Betty Cook, and Carol Lawson, all of West Virginia; three grandchildren, Nicky Callicutt, Lewis Callicutt, and Jamie Brown; four great-grandchildren, Caitlynn Brooke, MacKenzie Skye, Isaiah Tyler, and Caroline Hope.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, from 9:30 - 10:30 am at Phillips Funeral Home in Star. The graveside service will begin at 11:00 am in Biscoe Cemetery with the Rev. Junior F. Davis officiating.
