Seagrove - Vera Perry Williams, of Walter Lane, died Thursday, August 7, 2014, at her residence.
A graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM, Sunday, August 10, 2014, at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Cooper officiating.
Ms. Williams was born in Robeson County to Chester and Martha May Ritley Perry. She was a retired supervisor with Ramtex in Ramseur and enjoyed working in flea markets in Asheboro.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Billie Broadway and brother, Chester Perry, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Barnum and husband, Bob, of Carthage; sons, Roger Woodle, of the home and Wesley Williams and wife, RoJan, of Carthage; sisters, Edith Bodiford of Lumberton, Jean Kersey of Lumberton, Francis Dawson of Clarkton, and Jo Dawson of Dublin; five grandchildren, Hannah Richardson and husband, Kelly, Brittney Woodle, Julie Williams, Alex Williams, and Brian Maness; three great-grandchildren, Austin Maness, Jaden Maness, and Maeson Richardson; three step-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 10, 2014, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
