Eagle Springs - Virginia Monroe Williams, 90, of Eagle Springs, NC went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Roy Colon Williams, of the home; daughters, Linda Caddell and husband, Bobby, Gay Martin and husband, Mike, and Gina Domingos and husband, Steve. She had 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Capt. Roy Colon Williams Jr., brothers, Letcher Monroe, James Monroe, and sister, Ruth Carter. The family will have visitation on Wednesday, May 28, at Bensalem Presbyterian Church, 2891 Bensalem Church Road, Eagle Springs, NC 27242 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM, Thursday, May 29, at Bensalem Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow in Eagle Springs Cemetery.
