Wanda Faye Odom Pope

West End - Wanda Faye Odom Pope, age 59, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018, at FirstHealth Moore Regional in Pinehurst.

Mrs. Pope was born in Moore County on November 17, 1958 to Dempsey and Dorothy Marie Brown Odom. She was a phlebotomist.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Carter Pope, of the home; three sons, Tommy Pope, Charles Pope, and Glenn Edward Pope, all of West End; three sisters, Joyce Woodell of Asheboro, Julie Patterson of Seagrove, and Jamie Patterson of Seagrove; one brother, Dempsey Odom; and 14 grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 12, at Big Oak Church of God, 951 Black Ankle Rd., Star with the Rev. Darrell Wright, Rev. Billy Chriscoe, and Rev. Ricky Jacobs officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
