William Ralph Bruce

Robbins- William "Ralph" Bruce, age 73, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at First Health Richmond Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Bruce was born in Montgomery County on March 23, 1948 to John Robert and Maggie Morgan Bruce.

In addition to his parents Mr. Bruce is preceded in death by his brother Roger Bruce; sisters Betty Sanders, Peggy Davis, and Margie Harvel.

He is survived by his wife Brenda Sparks Bruce of the home; daughter Mary Cummings (Scottie) of Robbins; sons Beau Bruce (Rachel) of Robbins, and Luke Bruce of Candor.  Brother Lonnie Bruce (Edna) of Robbins; sisters Hazel Sanders of Robbins; Jane Hancock of Pinehurst; Kathy Morgan (Roger) of Star; and Eva Mae Wilson (Steve) Fletcher, NC.  Grandchildren Morgan, Emily, Benjamin, Samuel, Emma, Ellie and Wynonna.  Great grandchildren Joaquin and Anna.

The family will be receiving family and friends at daughter, Mary Cummings house.

Mr. Bruce's body will lie in repose on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Phillips Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 pm.
