William Daniel Shore

Albemarle - Williams Daniel "Bud" Shore, Jr., 54, of Albemarle, died Saturday, May 3, 2014, at his residence. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at Leach Cemetery with the Rev. Cecil Buchannion and Sherry Eury officiating. Mr. Shore was born in Moore County to Julia McNeill Shore and the late William Daniel Shore, Sr. He was a truck driver and was of the Baptist faith. He was employed by Fiberon, Inc. in New London for the past 11-12 years. He loved wood working and making banjos. He is survived by his son, Steven Shore and wife, Ashley, of Asheboro; mother, Julia McNeill Shore, of Denton; sisters, Vivian Varner and husband, Richard, of New London, Julie Burgess and husband, Paul, of Asheboro; grandchildren, Kailey and Trevor; companion, Rebecca Whitley. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star.
