Mr. Willie J. Maness, age 81, of 1576 S. Hwy. 705, Seagrove, died Saturday, January 16, 2010, at his residence. Funeral will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, January 18, at Union Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Ron Chaney, Rev. Grady Blakely, and Pastor Ralph VonCannon officiating. Interment will be in Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. He was a native of Moore County born to Walker Derrick and Mary Ethel Comer Maness. He was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church and retired from Lancer, Inc.
