Clifford Williams Seagrove - James Clifford Williams, 80, of 200 Williams Road, died Friday, September 14, 2012, at Peak Resources - Pinelake in Carthage. A graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM, Sunday, September 16, 2012, at Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Bruce Harry officiating. He was born in Moore County to Willie Duckery and Alice Kennedy Williams. He was an avid CB operator with his handle being "Wheelbarrow Man". He was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Allen Williams. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Saturday, September 15, 2012, at Phillips Funeral Home, 216 South Main Street, Star. A special thanks to his caregiver, Ann Marie Musselwhite.
