Darrell Thomas Davis

Star - Darrell Thomas Davis, age 75, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017, in Biscoe.

Mr. Davis was born in Montgomery County on June 30, 1942 to William Arthur Davis and Gladys Little Freeman Davis. He was retired from Fiber Industries in Salisbury.

He is survived by three daughters, Jan Davis of Norwood, Tina Smith of Norwood, and Lauria Burgess of Kings Mountain; two sisters, Rebecca Davis of Biscoe and Dorothy Sanders (Carlie) of Biscoe; two brothers, Raymond Davis (Jenny) of Star and Donald Davis of Star; two grandsons, Patrick Cruz and Shawn Burgess.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 3, 2018, from 2:00 - 2:45 PM at Ether United Methodist Church, 227 Ether Road, Star.

The funeral service will begin at 3:00 PM at the church with the Rev. Kay Boone officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
